De COL is een noodkrediet voor innovatieve ondernemers en MKB-ers zonder bancaire kredietrelatie die in financiële problemen zijn gekomen door COVID-19.
Door intensieve samenwerking tussen het Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat (EZK), de gezamenlijke Regionale Ontwikkelingsmaatschappijen (ROM’s) en Techleap.nl, met nauwe betrokkenheid van Invest-NL, hebben van 29 april 2020 tot eind mei 2021 meer dan 900 ondernemingen een COL-lening gekregen.
Het gaat hierbij voornamelijk om bedrijven met een bewezen innovatie en een duurzaam bedrijfsmodel. Techleap.nl beheerde en analyseerde de COL-portal.
