Our opening event will enable new connections with other peers and will provide the opportunity to meet with the team of experts who will be supporting you. 

Together we will set our goals and determine our priorities for the programme ahead.

Then we move on to assess each businesses readiness to expand through an online assessment. This data enables our team to gather important information across your business’s core functions before we meet with the individual leaders in the executive team.

This phase really helps us get under the skin of what a company's ambitions are and what are the key drivers to expand. We start with a CEO interview to capture the bigger picture of where they plan to lead the business and also to understand what the ideal metrics are for a new market. Then we spend dedicated time with the leader of each core business function to start mapping out their capabilities and addressable challenges.

Our experts will deliver 6 masterclasses in three half-day blocks over three weeks every Wednesday starting on the 31st March. These function or role-specific sessions will pass on the experience of our world-class team of experts. They will share what mistakes to avoid as you scale internationally and what efficiencies you can apply with good forward planning.

Understanding product-market fit is a vital component to expanding successfully. Our customised report will provide insights on what top four markets are the best fit according to the ‘ideal metrics’ you’ve shared. The data will provide an overview of firmographics, demographics, financial market size and complexity of doing business for each market.  

Using the insights that we have gained from each company throughout the programme, each company is delivered a half-day workshop where we share our recommendations. From assessing which market looks like the best fit, to providing pragmatic advice on what next steps should be to prepare to enter a new market, each company will be provided with a clear execution plan which highlights the key priorities. 

The programme concludes with an event where companies can share what they’ve learned and what can be improved upon for future cohorts. We will also interview each CEO individually to identify areas for further development and support.  With permission, some of the feedback captured will be used to create case studies for Compass.
